My name is Cheryl C. Jones. I'm a professional speaker, contract trainer and personal coach. That may seem like I wear a lot of hats. That's because I do.

The truth is I've played a number of roles during my 20-year career of supporting and encouraging small and medium size business people to work well together so that they can profit easily.

Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with a variety of businesses across a number of industries. My clients have included a world champion NBA basketball team, convention center, health care clinics and hospitals, law firms, mortuaries, truck-part manufactures, retailers and people just like you. Each one came with a unique goal that they wanted to accomplish and we worked together to helped them achieve their goal.

A Little History, In Case You Are Interested

I founded Simply The Best in 1990, as a contract training and development agency, after working for 13-years for hotels and restaurants. My intention and expertise at that time was to improve team-work and customer service in hospitality industry through facilitated training programs. The hospitality industry was slow to pick-up on the idea, but that didn't stop several other industries from seeing the value and quickly hiring me.

As more businesses and associations hired me to speak to their groups, I noticed that their needs were changing. What these audiences needed wasn't a "how to smile customer service program."  What they needed was a new perspective on how they thought about and took action on their relationships, goals and businesses. To better meet the new need, I enrolled a variety of continuing education courses to develop knowledge and expertise.
