- First, ask what you want to have happen as a result of your marketing efforts
- Then ask, how will it impact your user, customer, employee?
- What will they find compelling?
- Look for the “win/win” between the company and its prospects.
- Meet people where they are. Find common ground
- Conduct user testing of your digital marketing, with your existing customers/employees.
- Interview existing customers about new marketing efforts
