Ponder this: What problem are you working on in your business, that if you had the right resource would change the trajectory of your business?
I expect that the majority of business people would say their problem is money. Next, there would likely be a large group who would say, people. “I don’t have the right people.” Yet, I believe that their problem isn’t money or people. I believe that the problem lies in the owner’s or manager’s mindset.
Given your answer to the question above, ask yourself this, Do I have a scarcity mindset or an expectant mindset? Your answer will reveal a lot.
